Are you selling land separately or packages only?
Woodline offers home and land packages exclusively, with every homesite paired with a thoughtfully designed Metricon home. This ensures a consistent neighbourhood vision while providing a simpler, more seamless path to home ownership.

Am I eligible for the First Home Owner Grant?
If you’re a first home buyer, you may be eligible for the Queensland First Home Owner Grant when purchasing a new home at Woodline. Eligibility depends on a range of criteria, including the type and value of the property and your individual circumstances. When is the next stage available?
Woodline will comprise 358 homesites, creating a thoughtfully planned community in the heart of Lowood. The estate will be delivered across multiple stages, offering a range of homesite sizes to suit different lifestyles. Stage 1B is coming soon, with only a limited number of homesites remaining.
